I build the layer in between: the roadmap, the governance, and the reporting that turn experiments into a program.

Stood up an enterprise AI program inside a CIO organization from a standing start — a rolling 12-month roadmap across five capability pillars, and seven PI objectives scored against business value.
Led the evaluation of AWS Bedrock against an in-house inference stack, recommending a hybrid routing strategy projected to cut inference cost roughly 67% versus per-token cloud spend.
Owned the product backlog for a hosting platform serving 51 million domains, delivering an 80% improvement in time to market.
